The patented locking system means that the front gate cannot be opened without the rear gate being activated. In combination with the sharp teeth, this makes the product the most rat-proof on the market.
If the rat tries to get through the barrier, the teeth of the gate will grab the animal and act as a wedge between the rat and the bottom of the pipe thanks to the unique shape of the gates.
You can reverse both the gates and locking system without the use of tools; a unique feature not found on other rat blockers.

When you install a rat blocker from Nordisk Innovation, it should be easy – and it is with our specially developed tools.
Everything is designed to fit with Wolf-Garten telescopic poles and gives you precision and safety from initial installation to ongoing service.

Nej, det er ikke nødvendigt. Du kan nemt montere spærren fra overfladen.
Nej, i Danmark er det kun autoriserede kloakmestre, der har gennemført et rottespærremontørkursus, som må installere og servicere en rottespærre.
Vi anbefaler som minimum, at du bruger en af vores montagestænger, men du får det bedste resultat ved også at anvende et kontrolværktøj, der sikrer frit gennemløb.
Du skal kende rørets diameter og vide, om kloakken er strømpeforet eller ej. Ved en diameter på Ø200 mm er det også vigtigt at vide, om røret er af beton eller PVC.
FAQ: Service
Vi forventer, at rottespærren lever mindst 10 år og giver derfor 10 års garanti på gennemtæring og 5 års garanti på bevægelige dele.
Hvis rottespærren er monteret korrekt og derefter serviceret løbende, går den yderst sjældent i stykker. Det sker som regel kun, hvis kloakken bliver spulet uden at spærren afmonteres først.

Alle vores rottespærrer har et vendbart spjæld. Du behøver derfor kun at have en enkelt variant med i bilen, når du skal montere en ny spærre.

FAQ: Stoppet kloak
Vores spærre er konstrueret, så den blokerer for rotter, men ikke spildevand. Kloakken kan dog godt stoppe til, hvis spærren er installeret i en brønd med lav hældning eller store lunker. Brønde i dårlig stand øger også risikoen for tilstopning.
Der er kloakmesterens opgave at sikre, at rottespærren bliver monteret korrekt og kun i en egnet brønd. Derfor skal kloakmesteren dække omkostningerne, hvis det er selve monteringen, der har forårsaget en tilstopning.
Kloakmesteren har desuden ansvar for at servicere spærren. Hvis serviceaftalen ikke er overholdt, hæfter kloakmesteren for omkostningerne. Stopper kloakken til på grund af fremmedlegemer, er det derimod bygningsejeren, der skal dække omkostningerne.
