Environment – we think about the environment all the way

VYou run our business with respect for the environment – and in accordance with applicable environmental legislation. This applies all the way from raw material extraction to finished product and transport.

We require ourselves and our suppliers to take responsibility for the environmental impact that arises through production and distribution. Raw materials must not come from areas where extraction harms marginalised communities or displaces their access to natural resources.

With a structured and systematic approach, we continuously work to improve our environmental footprint. We focus on minimizing the use of resources such as energy and water, as well as reducing waste and emissions of greenhouse gases – both in production and transport.

Social – people first

We prioritise safe and decent working conditions – both for our own employees and for our business partners. Everyone must work in a safe environment with access to relevant protective equipment and the necessary training.

We have clear policies against bullying, harassment and sexual harassment and work actively for a working environment characterised by respect, equality and well-being. In addition, we support a smoke-free and drug-free working environment to promote health and well-being in everyday life.

We do not accept forced labour, child labour, discrimination or any form of unethical behaviour – and we expect the same commitment from our partners.

We also engage with the community around us. One example is our support for the Danish Cancer Society’s national collection and Knæk Cancer , where we have contributed financially to the vital research, patient support and prevention. and subsidies for Setting up a defibrillator in the local area.

Through such initiatives, we want to be a company that actively takes responsibility and makes a difference for people – both internally and externally.
